Consultation Reminders
"Consultation Reminders" refers to a service provided by Spark Entertainment Group that sends appointment information, including confirmation and reminder messages, to our customers via SMS. This service is activated once customers book an appointment with us on our website (sparkentertainmentgroup.com) and opt in to receive text messages by checking a specific box.
Examples of the types of messages users can expect upon opting in include:
1. "Hi Candace, this is Brandy from Spark Entertainment Group. Thanks for opting in to receive text messages. Our appointment for November 29 at 1:00 PM CST is confirmed. If you need to reschedule for any reason, please let us know at your earliest convenience. Reply STOP to unsubscribe."
2. "Hi CJ, this is Brandy from Spark Entertainment Group. I see you weren’t able to make it for our appointment on November 29 at 1:00 PM CST. Would you like to reschedule? Please click this link and choose the day and time that works best for you: https://sparkentertainmentgroup.com/consultations-calendar Reply STOP to unsubscribe."
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by simply texting "STOP" to the short-code provided. Upon sending "STOP," you will receive a confirmation of your unsubscribe status via SMS, following which you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, you may sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you. Please note that carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and message and data rates may apply for messages sent to and from us.
